Our show dates are now finalised- 2nd- 4th September. Our flyer is below. That means we all should be looking at our trees now and deciding which ones we want to show and working them appropriately. We can’t have a bonsai show without bonsai trees and that means your trees.
As a club, we like to show trees from all our members, novice to expert. This year we will clearly code beginners’ trees. Please consider showing at least one of your trees as this is a club activity and having lots of members involved makes it a better shower everybody.
Each tree is labeled and these need to be made which is a little time consuming, so could you please email Amanda a with your tree’s/ trees’:
- common name (Chinese elm)
- botanical name (Ulmus parvifolia)
- when started as a bonsai (2017)
