AUGUST MEETING: EVAN MARSH DEMONSTRATION Bonsai artist, Evan Marsh is a member of the Nepean Bonsai Society, the National Bonsai Group, a teacher at the School of Bonsai and an accredited AABC tutor. He has been mentored by John Marsh (not related) and studied in Japan with Koji Hiramatsu and Masahiro Sasaki (of Gasho-en).
May brings the very talented Hugh Grant, of Tree Makers Design, as our demonstrator. Well known and admired for his work with native species, particularly yamadori, Hugh is also very adept in designing and styling exotic species. Having trained at Mirai, with Ryan Neil, Hugh brings a western perspective to his bonsai practice.
